During my stay at the lovely boutique hotel, I had a fantastic experience. The hotel's staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. One particular instance stood out to me when I had trouble getting a taxi to the airport. A staff member personally hailed a taxi for me and negotiated the fare, ensuring I reached my destination on time. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with a restaurant overlooking a picturesque swimming pool and clean, spacious rooms. I appreciated the added touch of having a Ghanaian smartphone in my room for my convenience. The regular live concerts added a unique and enjoyable touch to my stay. The hotel's location near Oxford Street and the airport was highly convenient. I also want to commend the General Manager for his responsiveness and efficient handling of a theft issue I encountered. His prompt action and dedication to excellent service made a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend this one-of-a-kind place.
